I can’t stress enough the value of website maintenance. I don’t mean technical maintenance, although that is important also. How often do you update your website with fresh content? What makes people visit your website? Do you have the same information on the home page that was there 2 months ago? How about last year?

The main reason people return to a particular website is to find out ‘What’s new?’ Can they find it on your website? Consider updating your content monthly and you will be more likely to find people returning monthly. Run a daily contest and people will come back everyday.

Keep your content fresh and your visitors will keep returning!

After a busy few weeks at the chocolate store, I was finally able to catch up with owner Heather Foley to finalize the website content for posting. It is live and well at www.azurechocolat.com.

Now it’s time to focus on a few of my own personal projects before I dive into the next big one.

I’m learning so much designing this website. Not mine, I’m having ‘writer’s block’ on my website design. So that’s the reason for the sketchy blog info. I have been working on a website design for Azure Chocolat and it’s been great fun!

Azure has a unique offering with terrific style. Heather’s gluten-free creations are not to be missed. The site has been refreshed and will be an extension of the store in Centerport.  More info will be added soon with a new custom designed blog followed by a dynamic store.

Blogging is such a big thing these days, I just never have anything to say. I’m working on a few websites at the moment and learning so much. Designing a website can be so time consuming.
